ConstantCrimson A
A resolute, enduring red color shade from nature, that is pH independent and stays stable through extremely high temperature processes, and through light, ambient and incubation tests. ConstantCrimson A has been tested across all 4 UHT process types and outperformed a typical artificial color alternative, retaining its color throughout the process itself and extreme accelerated shelf life conditions. In a recent online study US consumers perceived this color to “look like most natural and most like natural strawberry milk”. Check out the animation, infographic or detailed white papers related to the stability study or consumer study on the Lycored website.
